Foodie Article Written For Campfire Magazine

As a lot of you will know, I’m a great fan of keeping things simple – both when it comes to photography and spending time in the outdoors. For me, picking suitable kit is just the start of things. With that consideration out of the way, you’re free to make the most of your surroundings.

I was recently asked to write a short piece about food and the outdoors for Campfire Magazine – and I chose to recount an occasion when I took advantage of local (free!) produce at the end of a long, hot day.

Why talk about food? Well, being a photographer on the go is not just about photography. Putting aside the admin/general day-to-day running of things, it’s also important to think about keeping fit and healthy. And of course, a good diet is fundamental to that.

So, a quick post today, just to point you in the direction of the Campfire article. You can read the full piece here.
