This week: I’m talking about how pictures can and should be used for promotion by businesses.
A lot of people have a very narrow perception of photography when it comes to the ways in which pictures can be used to promote what they do. Expectation is often based on bad experiences or misguided assumptions; plain backgrounds and ‘rabbit-caught-in-the-headlights’-style portraits often spring to mind. With this in mind, I decided to show a few real-world examples from my own portfolio in order to set the records straight.
Some quick links to things mentioned in this show:
- Isle of Wight
- Herbie Armstrong
- Goodwood, West Sussex
- Port Solent
