Hammock Setup In The Babbin

I finally got my hammock set up in The Babbin!

Today, I managed to find some time to continue progress with the interior elements of The Babbin.

Whilst shelves are pretty high on the list – as is my all-new desk made of reclaimed wood – I couldn’t help focusing on comfort as the warmer weather is now with us.

A couple of stainless steel hammock swing hangers secured in the necessary positions in opposite corners and I’m good to go!

Hammock of choice here: Eno SingleNest (the one you often see me using in the woods).

Turns out the fixed ridgeline I previously added saved the day; despite the internal dimensions of The Babbin preventing the ideal distance for securing the suspension, I am guaranteed the same level of comfort as I would expect when out in the woods.

Can’t wait to make a brew, lie back and read/research in the best way I know how.

As an aside – the Test/Review write-up for for the SingleNest will be live very shortly.
