This week: I’m talking about how to build a story, either for a series of pictures or a short film.

When I set out to capture pictures for a client, I always tell them that the more information I have ahead of a shoot, the better. When I’m writing a feature, especially if it’s photo-heavy, I always set out with a strong underlying idea from which to work. The same is true with my personal work, too.
