Join Me On Instagram – gilesbabbidge
It may come as a surprise, but I have only recently started to use Instagram! I know, I know, but I have my reasons.
I won’t bore you with why it’s taken me so long to join the crowd, but here’s why I am enjoying it so much…
The majority of my day-to-day social media conversations with you guys are through Twitter (here). I love that it’s so quick, so easy to use, so accessible. Yes, The Active Photographer also has a Facebook page (here), but it doesn’t come close by comparison – which is why I don’t post updates there so frequently.
The way I see it, Instagram is the closest thing to Twitter when it comes to the way I interact with people – a place where I can quickly share snapshots (literally) from behind the scenes. It’s effortless and already I can see the way it is helping me spread the word.
I decided to wait until I’d posted 50 pictures before announcing this news and it’s still early days. But now… here I am!
